Kevin Cameron has an impressive career in all facets of talent management. Kevin has successfully worked with private equities, nonprofit, and publicly traded companies to consult, find and recommend executives for critical roles to meet the strategic goals of leading organizations. With experience spanning from private industry to leading executive search practices, Kevin has excelled by concentrating on retained placement across broad industries. Whether recruiting for newly created positions or confidential searches requiring the utmost discretion, Kevin is a trusted partner for senior leaders and executives.
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College, in Sparkill, New York and an MBA from Wilmington University, in Wilmington, Delaware.
Liz Allman

Liz Allman joined Talent-Connect in 2019. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, as well as client relations.
Liz has a long history with the State of Delaware. While attending the University of Delaware, her first job was at the Hotel DuPont. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Liz went on to work for Sodexo, a global services company for 21 years as VP of Client Relations. More recently, Liz worked with the Buccini-Pollin Group as Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager and helped individuals create a new home in Wilmington, Delaware.
Liz has a passion for understanding and meeting the needs of people and especially to help them understand the significant resources, rich history and social attractions that our area offers.
